Volunteer Rules & Regulations

1. 01.Volunteers must represent the event professionally at all times.
2. 02.Treat all guests, participants, sponsors, media personnel, and team members respectfully.
3. 03.No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behavior.
4. 04.Follow instructions from the Volunteer Coordinator and Event Management team.
5. 05.Volunteers must arrive at least an hour before their assigned shift.
6. 06.Inform coordinators immediately if unable to attend.
7. 07.Wear official event T-shirts, badges, or assigned identification and a pair of pants, neatly and comfortably.
8. 08.Wear suitable shoes for long standing.
9. 09.Volunteers feeling unwell should notify coordinators.
