- 01.Sponsors must align with the values and mission of the Wendy World Guinness World Record attempt.
- 02.All branding and promotional materials must be approved by the event team before public use.
- 03.Sponsorship payments must be completed by the agreed deadline to secure placement and benefits.
- 04.Sponsors may not use the Guinness World Records name or logo without explicit written permission.
- 05.Any promotional content mentioning the event must be reviewed and approved at least 14 days before publication.
- 06.Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
- 07.In-kind partners must deliver contributed products or services by the agreed date and in the agreed condition.
- 08.Sponsorship does not guarantee exclusivity unless explicitly stated in the partnership agreement.
- 09.The event organizer reserves the right to modify sponsorship packages or benefits with reasonable notice.
- 10.Sponsors agree to the use of their company name and logo in event-related promotional materials.
