Attendee Rules & Guidelines

1. 01.All attendees must register in advance. Walk-ins may not be guaranteed entry.
2. 02.Attendees must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time.
3. 03.Follow all instructions from event staff, volunteers, and security personnel.
4. 04.Treat all guests, participants, media, and team members with respect at all times.
5. 05.No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
6. 06.Photography and videography will be taking place. By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional and record-attempt documentation.
7. 07.Attendees must not interfere with the braiding marathon, judges, or official timekeeping process.
8. 08.Keep walkways clear and follow designated seating or standing areas.
9. 09.Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
10. 10.The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these rules.
